Thunder in our Hearts
A collection of jewellery inspired by the hit song Running up that hill (gift from god) written and performed by Kate Bush. It has stormed it's way up the charts after bring featured in season 4 of the tv series Stranger Things.
The pink and grey fabric is from an original 1980's dress I found at a flea market in Edinburgh. I then used blue thread and grey rope to embellish it. The heart shapes were cut from cardboard creating lightweight yet sturdy bases for the fabric.
The design was inspired from the particular lyrics "there is thunder in our hearts".
